Spring Feast. 3 starters, a main to choose, pre-dessert and dessert. Designed to discover our seasonal cuisine with produce at its peak.

Chef Pau Pérez's signature. 6 dishes to savour: brioche with caviar, aged-beef carpaccio, house-cured foie, rice with truffle, fish of the day and beef Wellington. Plus pre-dessert and dessert.
