At Aflamas we don't understand cooking without flames. Every dish is born of the dialogue between the embers, the seasonal ingredient and the chef's hand. An ancient technique reinterpreted with the sensibility of contemporary fine dining, in the very heart of Barcelona.

We cook over wood embers, controlling the temperature like someone tuning an instrument. Every degree, every second, counts.

Born in Barcelona, Pau trained at Hofmann and was seasoned in kitchens with Michelin stars before opening Aflamas in 2019. In Les Corts he has found the space to translate years of craft into a cuisine of his own: seasonal produce, fire as a tool and respect for the Mediterranean.
