Purpose and scope.

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website aflamas.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), as well as the liabilities arising from its use. Access to the Site implies express and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions contained in this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access.

The purpose of the Site is to provide information about the services of the Aflamas restaurant, its à la carte and set menus, private events, and to give the user the contact and booking channels. The Site does not sell products online nor allow the direct contracting of services other than table booking through integrated third-party platforms.

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the Site and not to use it to carry out unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and the legal order in force. In particular, the user agrees:

Intellectual and industrial property.

All the contents of the Site, including but not limited to the texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, are the intellectual property of the owner of the Site or of third parties, and none of the exploitation rights recognised by the intellectual property regulations in force may be deemed assigned to the user.

Trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by the controller of the Site or by third parties, and access to the Site shall not be deemed to grant any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs. The reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in whole or in part, of the contents of the Site is expressly prohibited without the express authorisation of the owner.

Exclusion of warranties and liability.

These third parties may include review platforms (Google, Tripadvisor, TheFork, Restaurant Guru, Guía Repsol), booking systems (Reserve with Google), social networks and other related services.

The owner of the Site assumes no liability for the contents, information or services that may appear on such sites, which are for information purposes only and which in no case imply any relationship between the owner and the persons or entities owning such contents or the sites on which they are found.

Amendments to the Legal Notice.

The owner of the Site reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any amendments it deems appropriate to the Site, and may change, remove or add both the contents and services provided and the way in which they are presented or located. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their display and they will remain in force until amended by others duly published.

Applicable law and jurisdiction.

The relationship between the owner of the Site and the user shall be governed by the Spanish law in force. All disputes and claims arising from this Legal Notice shall be resolved by the competent Courts and Tribunals, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, except in those cases where consumer and user regulations provide otherwise.
